A child therapy session is designed to help if you think your child may benefit from a talk session and some extra support with their mental health.



Friends and family are a vital source of support and for young people to cope with stressful situations and difficult times. However, Many young people often struggle with how they feel. Especially if they are having problems with friends, family or school, they are anxious, depressed, or angry. They often find it easier to talk to someone else not so close to the situation. Counselling can help them talk things through, giving them a level of support without any judgement, and in confidence (unless they disclose that their personal safety is at risk).
