About this course
Want to feel more connected to your tween or teen?
As they get older, staying connected can get harder.
The one-word answers.
The bedroom door.
The eye rolls.
The feeling that everything you say is somehow wrong.
But even when they seem to be pushing you away, they still need to know you're there.
The 21-Day Teen Connection Challenge
A few minutes a day to help strengthen your relationship with your tween or teen.
Over 21 days, you'll get a simple challenge to try — small, realistic ways to create connection without forcing conversations, making a big deal of it or adding another huge job to your parenting list.
You'll discover practical ways to:
- Create more opportunities for natural connection
- Keep communication open without pushing
- Show your teen you're available, even when they don't seem to want you
- Support their confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing
- Build the kind of relationship they can turn to when life gets difficult
No big heart-to-hearts required.
You don't need to become the perfect parent.
And your teen doesn't even need to know you're doing the challenge!
It's about small moments, repeated consistently, that quietly say:
I'm here. I see you. You can come to me when you're ready.
Because connection is one of the most powerful foundations we can give our young people.
Ready to give it a go?
21 days. A few minutes a day. One stronger connection.
For parents and carers of young people aged 10–21.
