CPD & STAFF TRAINING

Training that staff can use straight away

Our CPD is designed to be practical, relatable and grounded in real school life. We take complex ideas from therapy, neuroscience and trauma-informed practice and make them easy for staff to understand and apply.

Sessions can be delivered as twilight training, half-day CPD, full-day training or bespoke packages depending on your school’s needs.

RESILIENT SCHOOLS PROGRAMME

A whole-school approach to building resilience

The Resilient Schools Programme is designed for schools who want to move beyond one-off training and embed resilience, emotional literacy and brain-smart practice across the school community.

The programme combines staff training, targeted work with identified pupils, online CPD and practical evidence gathering to support long-term cultural change.

1. Staff training

Core CPD to help staff understand resilience, regulation, behaviour and emotionally safe practice.

2. Targeted pupil support

Support for identified pupils who may be experiencing anxiety, behaviour concerns or emotional difficulties.

3. Practical implementation

Strategies that staff can embed into classrooms, pastoral systems and everyday school interactions.

4. Evidence and accreditation

Schools gather evidence of practice and progress as part of their Resilient School journey.

STAFF WELLBEING

Because regulated adults create safer spaces for children

School staff are often the steady adults children rely on, but they cannot pour from an empty cup. Our staff wellbeing support gives teams space to pause, reflect and develop practical tools for managing pressure, emotional load and dysregulation.

This is not fluffy wellbeing. It is grounded, honest and realistic support for the adults carrying the emotional weight of school life.

Understanding stress, burnout and compassion fatigue

Recognising personal triggers and emotional load

Practical regulation tools for staff

Creating emotionally safer teams and cultures

Reflective practice for pastoral and safeguarding staff
